You've got options-

BOXING
This high-intensity, full-body workout class will challenge you, while focusing on both strength and technique. Our boxing and kickboxing classes will focus on safely building technique along with strength, stamina, and reflexes.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Gloves & Wraps are mandatory. Bring your own gloves and wraps, or you can rent gloves ($5) + purchase wraps from us ($15 + yours to keep)

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY-
I was totally out of shape when I started with them, but I never felt embarrassed of where I was at, or like I wouldn't be able to participate. The classes are FUN. The energy is high and it always feels like you get the benefit of the group without any weird competitiveness. I tend to take boxing and barre. Boxing is a newer endeavor for men but one class got me hooked the point that I went and bought my own gloves! Barre is a shockingly hard workout, and great for when you want to feel your muscles shake (and struggle to walk the next day).
