BOXING CLASSES

Boxing classes are a favorite here at Power Pack Fitness. This high-intensity, full-body workout class will challenge you, while focusing on both strength and coordination. A favorite for those interested in improving self-defense abilities, our classes will focus on safely building technique along with strength, stamina, and reflexes.

Good to know: If you have your own boxing gloves, please bring them! If you don’t, we offer rentals for $3. Hand wraps are mandatory, so if you do not have some of your own, you will be required to purchase in order to participate. ($10)

BOOT CAMP

This 50 minute full body work out that will take your mind and body to new heights. This class will help to build muscle, endurance, lose body fat and increase the overall functionality of your body.

Good to know: Athletic shoes are required. All skill levels are welcome!

BARRE

Named for the barre handrail which provides support to ballerinas during their exercises, this class hits the whole body - from the ankles up. Barre incorporates traditional ballet exercises along with Pilates and yoga movements and equipment.

Using small, controlled movements to target specific, individual muscles, these surprisingly tough classes focus on improving strength as well as flexibility.

Good to know: Shaking is a goal! The targeted isometric exercises place focus on individual muscles.

Be prepared to shake and be proud of it!

Good to know: We welcome you to attend class barefoot or in non-slip socks. No shoes or regular socks may be worn.

Mats and all equipment are provided.

DEEP STRETCH

For a change of pace, slow down, unwind, and restore your body during our candlelit deep stretch class.  Slower and deeper-reaching than a yoga class, this class should leave you feeling more relaxed than when you arrived, and assist your body in healing, as well as improving flexibility and helping prevent injuries. The slow pace and calm, candle lit atmosphere means this is all about taking time for you.

Good to know: We welcome you to attend class barefoot, and in athletic clothing that is non-restricting. No shoes or regular socks may be worn. Mats and all equipment are provided.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

In contrast to the strength-building focus of the active, often challenging contemporary yoga, restorative yoga is a gentler practice, meant to restore the body. Instead of holding poses through our muscles, props are used to support our bodies, allow us to relax and stretch passively.  Great for pain management and as a compliment to more active or intense workouts.

Good to know: We welcome you to attend class barefoot, and in athletic clothing that is non-restricting. No shoes or regular socks may be worn. Mats and all equipment are provided.
