
Frequently Asked Questions
- Clients are required to sign a waiver and release of liability before participating in any classes or training sessions.
- Clients are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify exercises as needed, and communicate any concerns or injuries to the instructor or trainer.
- Class reservations are recommended to secure a spot in popular classes and ensure availability.
- Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. We prefer for you to reserve your spot on Mindbody to make sure you can get in.
- Clients are expected to respect the studio space, equipment, and fellow participants! Cheer on your neighbor, we're all working toward a common goal.
- Cell phone usage, excessive talking, and disruptive behavior during classes or sessions are discouraged. Be in the moment and enjoy your time with us!
- Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled class or training session to ensure a prompt start.
- Late arrivals may be admitted to the class or session up to 15 minutes, after 15 minutes you will be considered a late cancel. Fees may apply.
Cancellation of Classes:
- Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty.
- Memberships will be charged a $15 cancellation fee, class packs will not be charged a fee but you will forfeit the class.
- If you’re unable to make class, please be sure to cancel before it starts. A $20 no-show fee will apply if you’re absent without cancellation.

Cancellation of Personal Training Sessions:
- Personal training sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time may be subject to the loss of that session.
Membership Purchases:
Membership Purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Merchandise Purchases:
- We offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
- Refunds will be issued as credit to your mindbody account.
- Certain items, such as personalized or special-order merchandise, may be subject to a restocking fee or ineligible for return.
Returns of any kind:
Returns of any kind will be processed only as a credit to your account.
1. Contractual Obligations:
- Members with contractual obligations, such as minimum commitment periods or early termination fees, must fulfill these obligations before canceling their membership. (Or pay the remainder all at once upon cancellation)
2. Notice Requirements:
- Members must provide sufficient notice (30 days) for pausing or canceling their autopay membership to allow for administrative processing and billing adjustments.
- Failure to provide the required notice may result in autopay payments being processed for the next billing cycle.
3. Financial Responsibility:
- Members are responsible for any autopay payments processed before the effective date of a pause or cancellation request.
4. Reactivation of Memberships:
- Members who pause their autopay membership can reactivate their membership at any time by contacting our membership services team and providing sufficient notice.
- In accordance with state and local guidelines, the studio has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing measures, and other safety precautions to protect the health and well-being of clients and staff.
