  • How do I sign up for a class?
    Reservations for classes must be made on our MindBody app. You can find us here! Please contact Sofia at if you have any issues booking.
  • Personal Training Reservations
    Reservations for Personal Training must be made in person, by phone, or by email. Please contact us at, or (209) 627-6953 to inquire about availability. Reservations may be cancelled over the phone or by email 24 hours before the start of the workshop. Private Sessions cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service.
  • How do I cancel a class?
    You cancel your class through your MindBody app. If you look under your booked classes, just click the cancel button! Classes cancelled outside of the 12-hour cancellation window will be charged full-price for the missed service. Unlimited membership holders will be charged a $10 fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Reservations and classes booked are subject to a 12-hour cancellation window. You must cancel your reservation online through our app. All cancellations made after our 12-hour window will be considered a late cancel and will be charged the full price for the missed class. No-show and late cancellations will be charged the full price for the classes missed. Late cancellations or no shows by unlimited membership holders will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. If cancelled within the 12 hour window, your class will return back to your pass with no penalty.
  • Class Expectations
    First-time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class. Please refrain from using cell phones during class. Proper footwear must be worn dependent on the class. For Barre, Pilates, and Yoga, bare feet or grip socks are acceptable. For Boxing, Bootcamp, and Personal Training, athletic shoes must be worn. No pets or unattended children are allowed in the studio during class.
  • Waitlists
    If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation before the start of the class. Once a class is confirmed, you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.
  • Late Arrivals
    Clients who arrive after the instructor has started class the will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons.
  • Membership & Class Package Policy
    Expiration Policy for Passes: Single classes expire one month from the date of purchase. Our Intro Offer, 10, and 20 class series expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expiration Policy for Packages: Monthly unlimited packages expire 30 days from the date of activation. If a reservation is cancelled early the class is credited to your Power Pack MindBody account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card or given back as cash. Discounts are only available when making purchases at the studio or by phone. Transfer Policy for Packages: Class Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any questions please contact Return Policy for Packages: Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.   • Return Policy for Merchandise
    No refunds. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 15 days of the purchase date for store credit or exchanges.
